Let me Introduce myself! I am Kacey Soderquist, a graphic designer in the Northwest Arkansas area. I grew up loving art and being creative, but I always felt a little too logical to use art as an expression. This led me to design and now UX design. Being creative with a purpose is where I thrive.

MY VALUES

I love people! I am an extrovert, which does not seem to be typical for designers. I also find great value in honesty. This comes to the surface a lot with graphic design. Critiques are one of my favorite things because I get to hear what my professors think about my work which allows me to grow! That being said I grew up in a house that stressed the importance of being coachable and disciplined, “doing what has to be done, when it has to be done, to the best of your ability, every time.”

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

My friends often challenge me with the question, “What are your top three in life?” I kind of hate this question because I tend to be indecisive. If I HAD to choose though I would say that my top three are:

- Riding the boat at sunset after a long day on the lake

- The smell of new tennis balls

- Dance parties with my best friends
